The word sapphire comes from the Greek « sappheiros » meaning « blue ».

Saphir enhances creativity and inspiration, and is the stone of positive change.

We’ve included a 0,45 carats saphir, cut in the shape of a Champagne drop on each label, so you can watch it sparkle to the music beat.Tasting : bright light golden color with vivid fine bubbles.

The aromatic intensity is instantaneous, with ripe tropical and stone fruits, sweet spices and fine, original notes
of red fruits and herbs.

A generous palate combining roundness and freshness:
The mouth is full and fleshy, the richness unfolds in an explosion of sweet, fruity flavors, then the acidity reveals itself for a
refreshing finish with notes of grapefruit, ginger and spices.
Vinification : traditional Champagne pressing. Settling and racking by natural gravity. Alcoholic fermentation between 16 and 20.
Maturing on lees, partial malolactic fermentation.
Grape variety : 100% ChardonnayBlanc de Blancs
Dosage : 55 g/l
Abv : 12,5%
