Ian Fleming created the character of James Bond in 1953. He was featured in 14 novels and two short story collections written by Fleming. Since Fleming\u2019s death in 1964, eight more authors have penned 33 additional books in the James Bond saga, typically to coincide with the release of a movie.<\/p>\n

The films started in 1962, and have continued to this day. Eon Productions, a company founded by Harry Saltzman and Albert R \u201cCubby\u201d Broccoli, released the first Bond film,\u00a0Dr. No<\/em>, in 1962. Collectively, the 25 Bond films have grossed over seven billion dollars from theatrical release. They are the longest running film series of all time.<\/p>\n

The character of James Bond has undergone significant changes over the intervening fifty plus years. The early Bond, best exemplified in the rakish portrayal by Sean Connery, was a compulsive womanizer whose conversations with women invariably dripped of sexual innuendo and double entendre.<\/p>\n

Bollinger Limited Edition 007 Gift Pack<\/h1>\n

In celebration of over 40 years of partnership as the Official Champagne of 007 and the upcoming film No Time To Die, Champagne Bollinger has produced a limited edition gift box that brings together three icons: Bollinger\u2019s signature Special Cuv\u00e9e, the Aston Martin DB5 and James Bond.<\/p>\n

The limited edition gift box features the silhouette of James Bond alongside his Aston Martin DB5.<\/p>\n

The colourway of the gift box echoes the silver birch finish of the DB5. The Bollinger lettering and logos are depicted in gold and the iconic Special Cuv\u00e9e bottle has been adapted to feature a black and gold neck collar with a 007 blazon.<\/p>\n
