{"id":3362,"date":"2025-04-06T17:00:50","date_gmt":"2025-04-06T15:00:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/champagne-bond500.com\/?post_type=product&#038;p=3362"},"modified":"2025-04-06T17:01:18","modified_gmt":"2025-04-06T15:01:18","slug":"one-zaabeel-experience","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/champagne-bond500.com\/eng\/produit\/one-zaabeel-experience\/","title":{"rendered":"Za&rsquo;abeel One Experience"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>,<strong>One Za\u2019abeel\u00a0is a mixed-use skyscraper located in the\u00a0<a title=\"Za&#039;abeel, Dubai\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Za%27abeel,_Dubai\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Za\u2019abeel district<\/a>\u00a0of\u00a0<a title=\"Dubai\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Dubai\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dubai<\/a>, United Arab Emirates.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_1-0\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup>The development was completed in December 2023 and officially opened on 10 February 2024.<sup id=\"cite_ref-2\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup> It consists of two towers connected by a horizontal structure known as The Link.<\/p>\n<p>The skyscraper was designed by the Japanese architectural firm\u00a0<a title=\"Nikken Sekkei\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Nikken_Sekkei\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nikken Sekkei <\/a><sup id=\"cite_ref-:3_5-0\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup>and developed by Ithra Dubai,<sup id=\"cite_ref-6\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup>a subsidiary of\u00a0<a title=\"Investment Corporation of Dubai\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Investment_Corporation_of_Dubai\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Investment Corporation of Dubai<\/a>\u00a0(ICD).<sup id=\"cite_ref-7\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup>\u00a0It consists of two towers: One Za\u2019abeel Tower and One Za\u2019abeel The Residences.<\/p>\n<p>These towers are joined by The Link, which is positioned 100 meters (328 feet) above ground.<\/p>\n<p><sup id=\"cite_ref-8\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup>The Link extends 230 meters (754 feet) and includes a cantilevered section that extends 66 meters (216 feet).<\/p>\n<p><sup id=\"cite_ref-9\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup>The towers were constructed with a steel-and-concrete composite structure.<\/p>\n<p><sup id=\"cite_ref-10\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup>The Link is supported by a truss structure and features a glass curtain wall.<\/p>\n<p><sup id=\"cite_ref-11\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup>In 2024, One Za\u2019abeel was recognized by\u00a0<a title=\"Guinness World Records\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Guinness_World_Records\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guinness World Records<\/a>\u00a0for having the longest\u00a0<a title=\"Cantilever\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cantilever\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cantilever building<\/a>\u00a0in the world.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_1-1\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Construction began in January 2016 and was completed in December 2023.<\/p>\n<p><sup id=\"cite_ref-12\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup>The Link was built in two phases over a total of 16 days without disruption to the four lanes of live traffic below.<\/p>\n<p><sup id=\"cite_ref-13\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup>Phase one involved the placement of a steel structure weighing over 8,500 tonnes, which was lifted into position over 12 days using specialized equipment, including over 110 jacks.
