The women, who are from different classes, are grudgingly bonded by a grandchild. The show is called\u00a0<i>Belgravia<\/i> because it\u2019s the name of the London neighborhood they live in.<\/p>\n<p id=\"2GJVX4IE5JAUZEA4NKTKRT3SEI\" class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\">\u201cIt\u2019s fantastic to be working again with Julian, a master storyteller,\u201d executive producer Gareth Neame said in a statement. \u201cIn\u00a0<i>Belgravia<\/i>, he has painted a wonderful backdrop of 19th century society against which intrigue and dynastic power struggles will play out.<\/p>\n<p id=\"YD6M53ZQ4RFSBJ3ASJMVGM4ZZE\" class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\">In addition to\u00a0<i>Belgravia<\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0<i>Downton Abbey<\/i>, Fellowes was also behind\u00a0<i>Vanity Fair<\/i>\u00a0(2004),\u00a0<i>Doctor Thorne<\/i> (2016)\u00a0 and\u00a0<i>The Chaperone\u00a0<\/i>(2018).<\/p>\n<p><i><b>Belgravia<\/b><\/i>\u00a0is a British\u00a0<a title=\"Historical drama\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Historical_drama\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">historical drama<\/a>\u00a0television series, set in the 19th century, based on the 2016 novel of the same name by\u00a0<a title=\"Julian Fellowes\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Julian_Fellowes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Julian Fellowes<\/a>\u2014both named after\u00a0<a title=\"Belgravia\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Belgravia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Belgravia<\/a>, an affluent district of\u00a0<a title=\"London\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/London\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">London<\/a>.
