Starring Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren Gets a March 30 Premiere Date on Paramount+
The much-awaited organized crime series, “MobLand,” directed by Guy Ritchie and starring Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, and Helen Mirren, is set to premiere on Paramount+ this coming March 30. The show unfolds in the murky depths of London’s criminal world, focusing on the tumultuous lives of two rival families whose criminal enterprises span the globe.
Pierce Brosnan takes on the role of Conrad Harrigan, the formidable head of one such family, with Helen Mirren portraying Maeve Harrigan, his equally formidable wife and the matriarch of their clan. Tom Hardy appears as Harry Da Souza, a devoted fixer committed to safeguarding the Harrigan family at all costs, showcasing his loyalty in the brutal world of organized crime.
Supporting cast includes Paddy Considine as Kevin Harrigan, Conrad’s son; Joanne Froggatt as Jan Da Souza, Harry’s wife; Lara Pulver as Bella Harrigan, Kevin’s spouse; and Anson Boon as the rebellious Eddie Harrigan.
MobLand is an upcoming American crime drama television series created by Ronan Bennett, who is set to write the entire series.
The series began as The Donovans, an origin story to the Showtime series Ray Donovan, following the Donovan family, but as it developed further, it was reworked into its own standalone story. Guy Ritchie is attached to direct some episodes in the series. The series stars Tom Hardy as Harry, a fixer for the Harrigan family led by Helen Mirren and Pierce Brosnan.
The series is produced for Paramount+ and is set to premiere in March 30, 2025.
The Harrigans, a London crime family, find themselves in a battle with the Stevensons that could end empires and their lives. Harry Da Souza is called upon by the Harrigans to be their « fixer » and to protect their family.

Production
MobLand was first announced in February 2024 as a spinoff series called The Donovans that was loosely based on the Showtime series Ray Donovan, intending to tell an origin story of the Donovan family.
It was created by Ronan Bennett, who is also set to write and executive produce the series. Guy Ritchie is attached to direct some episodes and executive produce the series along with David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, Bob Yari, David Hutkin, Ivan Atkinson, Keith Cox, Nina L. Diaz, Jez Butterworth, Kris Thykier, Tom Hardy and Dean Baker.
As the series developed, it was reworked into its own standalone series by October 2024, using the working titles
The Associate and Fixer. In February 2025, it was revelaed that the series has got the final title called MobLand and has moved from Showtime to Paramount+.The series is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios.
